Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of postd ("the app"), provided by Saltwater Digital Limited (company number 16616025), registered office 42 East Street, First Floor Offices, Newquay, England, TR7 1BE ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales. By downloading or using postd, you agree to these terms.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use postd on devices you own or control, in line with Apple's App Store Terms of Service. This licence is for your own personal use.
What you can't do
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app; use the app for any unlawful purpose; or resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app.
Your photos and content
postd helps you manage photos that are already in your device's photo library. Those photos are yours and remain your responsibility. postd is built so that nothing is deleted by accident: when you swipe to delete a photo you have a few seconds to undo it, and at the end of a session postd shows you how many photos you have marked to delete and asks you to confirm. Your device then shows its own standard delete confirmation, and deleted photos go to your "Recently Deleted" album, where they can be recovered for the period Apple allows (around 30 days) before they are removed for good. You stay in control of your photo library throughout.
Payment and refunds
postd is a paid app, purchased through the Apple App Store for a one-off price. All payments and any refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds ourselves; refund requests go through Apple.
The app is provided "as is"
We work to make postd reliable, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every holiday or photo correctly.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of photos or data arising from your use of the app, including deletions you choose to confirm. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
Changes to the app and terms
We may update the app and these terms over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date reflects the latest version.
Termination
You may stop using postd at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end the service if you breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
